Product Description
The water-cooled high-speed electromagnetic induction sealing machine uses an AC220V/50HZ power supply, with an adjustable power of 5KW and a sealing diameter of 10-180MM. The sealing induction head is 680-1250MM above the ground, and the heating induction head is a multifunctional universal model that can be used for various bottle types, such as pointed bottle, ball bottle and other special bottle types, as well as various common bottle types. The sealing speed can reach 1-20000 bottles/hour. The whole body is made of 304 stainless steel material, integrated with a comprehensive electrical protection system, appeal voltage and other parameters. It can be customized according to the specific local electrical environment of the customer.
Working Principle
Electromagnetic Induction Sealing
Electromagnetic induction sealing is a non-contact sealing method, which refers to inserting aluminum foil film into a threaded plastic cover, tightening the plastic cover, and then heating non-metallic objects through electromagnetic induction to heat and seal the aluminum foil film inside the plastic cover, achieving the purpose of sealing. During the heating process, aluminum foil becomes soft and thin at high temperatures, allowing it to adapt to different shapes of bottle mouths and bond them together.
